HomeBridge charges a 5% sourcing and project management service fee based on the product value of your order.
This is not simply a referral fee or an order-placement service. It covers management and coordination across the sourcing process, including:
Project requirement consolidation
Supplier screening
Product and quotation comparison
Material and specification confirmation
Custom requirement communication
Multi-factory order management
Production follow-up
Pre-shipment quality inspection
Consolidation and container-loading coordination
International shipping communication
After-sales issue coordination
You are not simply receiving a factory contact. You are working with a local team in China that helps manage the full purchasing process.
Furniture Sourcing Tour Deposit
A USD 200 deposit is required to reserve a China Furniture Sourcing Tour. This deposit supports:
Early-stage review and organisation of your purchasing requirements
Supplier screening based on your budget and preferred style
Arranging suitable showrooms and factories
Planning the sourcing route
Booking visiting times
Arranging project manager accompaniment
The USD 200 deposit is not an additional charge. Once you place a formal order, it can be credited against the HomeBridge service fee. No reservation deposit is currently required for online sourcing only.
How Are Product Orders Paid?
The standard payment arrangement is:
A 50% production deposit after the order is confirmed.
The remaining 50% balance after the products are completed and pass pre-shipment inspection.
Payment ratios may differ for selected products or special custom projects. Any variation will be explained clearly before the order is placed.
Factories generally purchase materials and schedule production only after receiving the production deposit. Once production has started, cancellation or changes requested by the client may result in non-refundable material and labour costs already incurred by the factory.
Before payment, we will help confirm as clearly as possible:
Product style
Quantity
Dimensions
Materials
Colors
Hardware
Surface finishes
Custom details
Unit price and total amount
Estimated production lead time
Packing and shipping requirements
Clear confirmation before production helps reduce later changes and avoidable losses.
Supported Payment Methods
Available payment methods include:
Transfer to the company bank account
PayPal
Cash payment
For larger orders, we generally recommend a company bank transfer, as third-party payment platforms such as PayPal may charge higher transaction fees. Payment methods and receiving details will be stated clearly in the quotation, order, or contract.
