If incorrect dimensions, unsuitable colours, missing accessories, or surface damage are only discovered after furniture arrives overseas, repair or replacement can take significantly more time and cost. We therefore aim to identify and resolve issues while the products are still in China.
After the products are completed, HomeBridge arranges pre-shipment inspection according to the order. This may include:

If issues are found, we communicate with the factory to arrange correction, repair, replacement parts, or remake before shipment.
Pre-shipment inspection can significantly reduce obvious issues, but handcrafted furniture may still have minor variations within a reasonable tolerance. Natural wood, leather, and stone can also show natural grain, veining, and colour variation. We will explain these characteristics during product selection and confirmation.
