This depends on the customs policy of your country. Generally, it ranges from 0% to 20% of the declared value, which is significantly less than the actual amount you pay. Therefore, this cost will not be too high.
All after-sales terms will be included in the contract. We will provide compensation for any losses that occur during production, packaging, and transportation, and offer a warranty (which varies depending on the specific product's warranty scope and terms).
Generally, we do not include installation. Customers can hire experienced local furniture installers for assistance, and we will provide detailed installation manuals for our products. In special cases or for large projects, we can send our installers to the customer's country to provide assistance. This usually incurs a fee, but it will in reasonable level.

You only need a plane ticket and a passport to fly to China. Additionally, a project manager will assist you with all entry-related matters throughout your journey.

Generally speaking, compared to purchasing from showrooms in your own country, the cost of buying directly from China (including furniture costs, shipping, service fees, and your travel and accommodation expenses) will be at least one-third to half lower. This savings depends on the initial level of your home's furnishings.
Certainly, after paying a specific fee, we can provide you with home design services. You simply need to provide house plan, and we can design everything according to your requirements. The exact costs will need to be discussed, but based on many years of interaction with B2B customers, furniture design services in China are very cost-effective.
The Furniture Tour fee is $200 per day, payable during the tour. If you proceed with an order, this amount can be deducted from your final purchase.After signing the purchase agreement, a 50% deposit is required to start the order. The remaining 50% balance should be paid before shipment.
