Summary
This furniture sourcing project for our Korean client focused on a residential space, covering sofas, ottomans, dining sets, and swivel armchairs. With a total value of $9,113, we delivered reliable quality and on-time delivery through clear product selection and efficient execution, demonstrating our capability in cross-border furniture trade.

The customer has very specific requirements regarding the height of the furniture. They demand that the sofa be made according to the standard of a total height of 83cm and a seat height of 43cm. At the same time, they specify that the size of the footstool should be 104cm, ensuring

that it can partially fit into the sofa to adapt to the space layout. Additionally, the customer has a clear preference for the leather material. They specify the use of semi-suede leather, requiring it to have a fine touch, be durable and wear-resistant, and also meet the environmental and

quality standards of the Korean market. Ordinary leather cannot meet their aesthetic and practical needs. Furthermore, the customer also hopes to customize the color of the furniture base from mirror stainless steel to other colors of polished aluminum alloy while controlling the cost.

The customer had independently negotiated with multiple domestic and foreign suppliers.

However, due to inconsistent product materials and colors, the stability and safety of the products also needed to be considered.

Moreover, the sample confirmation process was cumbersome, which led to a lengthy selection period and made it difficult to quickly select products that met the requirements.

The progress of residential decoration was tight, and the customer needed to complete the furniture delivery within a specific time limit.

Due to the busy schedule, the customer had no time to follow the furniture procurement process throughout.

They were worried that production delays and customs clearance bottlenecks during cross-border procurement would affect the overall decoration delivery.

They also hoped to effectively control the overall budget while ensuring quality, safety, and delivery efficiency.

They wanted to balance cost and value for money and avoid unnecessary cost waste caused by scattered procurement and repeated trial and error.

The customer ultimately chose the HomeBridge service. Our team tailored a one-stop, end-to-end furniture purchasing service specifically for them, which perfectly met the customer's expectations:

  • We conducted 1-on-1 communication with the customer to understand their style preferences (modern minimalist style), size limitations, and budget range, compiled a standardized requirements list, provided various product catalogues, along with high-definition photos, detailed videos, size parameters, and quotations, allowing the customer to quickly compare and select;
  • In response to the core requirements of customers regarding the height of sofas and footstools, we worked closely with the suppliers to customize according to the customer's standards. At the same time, we completed the cost calculation corresponding to the size adjustments and entered them into the order. We ensured full synchronization with the customer's confirmation throughout the process, avoiding size deviations and cost disputes, and guaranteeing that the products fully meet the customer's space layout requirements.
  • In response to the customers' requirements for using half-grain leather, we have selected 3 high-quality suppliers that meet the environmental protection standards of South Korea. We provided samples of half-grain leather with different textures and colors, and simultaneously issued material test reports to ensure that the leather has reached the standards in terms of density, wear resistance, and environmental protection level.
  • Through online meetings to synchronize sample details, we responded to the customer's modification requests within 24 hours. We completed the process from the initial screening to the final style confirmation and contract signing in just 3 days, significantly shortening the selection cycle.
  • The customer also participated in our furniture tour program, coming to China themselves and being accompanied by our customer managers to visit the furniture factories and showrooms. They had an immersive experience of observing the production processes, inspecting the quality of raw materials, and seeing the actual finished products. This allowed them to gain a more authentic and comprehensive purchasing experience.
  • Throughout the process, there will be 1-on-1 customer service provided by the manager, promptly responding to customer inquiries, synchronizing project progress, offering cross-border furniture after-sales support, and formulating solutions in advance for potential transportation damage and installation issues, ensuring that customers have no worries.

This project focuses on clear product selection and efficient execution. In response to the strict material requirements of Korean customers, through precise semi grain leather surface matching, standardized product selection process and full-chain control, a high-quality private residence furniture solution was successfully delivered. This not only ensured product quality and delivery time, but also saved time and effort for the customers, demonstrating the professional service capabilities of Homebridge in cross-border home product procurement.
