Furniture Tour Fee: A fee of $200 per day is required during the Furniture Tour. This amount can be deducted from your final order total if you proceed with a purchase.
Order Deposit: After signing the purchase agreement, a 50% deposit is required to start the order. Any deductible Furniture Tour fee will be applied to this payment.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance should be paid before shipment.

Payment Breakdown
If you choose the FOB model, HomeBridge will deliver the furniture to the port and hand it over to the freight forwarder designated by your customs broker. In this case, the only payment you make to HomeBridge will be for the furniture itself.
If you choose the DDP model, HomeBridge will take care of delivering the furniture directly to your doorstep. In this case, you will need to pay HomeBridge for both the furniture price and the shipping and customs fees.
Detailed Order Payment Process
When placing an order at the factory, pay 50% of the total cost of the selected project. This can be done via bank transfer, or in cash at our office or directly at the factory, to ensure normal production of your project.
After the quality inspection is completed, settle the remaining 50% balance through our bank account. This fee will be deducted from your initial payment.
Regarding the customs clearance fees for the transportation of goods, you can choose your own freight forwarder and customs broker, or we can recommend reliable ones to assist with transportation. We do not charge any additional service fees for this.
