If we identify material shortages, colour inconsistencies, production delays, or unclear factory understanding of the requirements, we coordinate as early as possible rather than waiting until the products are completed.
For projects involving multiple suppliers, we also try to coordinate completion dates so products can be ready at similar times. This can reduce:

Multiple collection trips
Additional storage charges
Repeated container loading and shipping
Delays to the overall project caused by individual products
