We help confirm the key materials, construction, workmanship, and specifications, and explain the differences between quotations. You do not need to become a furniture expert to make a more informed decision.
Do I have to travel to China?

Can I purchase from multiple factories at the same time?
Yes. This is one of HomeBridge’s core services. We can coordinate orders, production, inspection, consolidation, and container loading across different factories.
Can the goods be delivered directly to my home?
DDP door-to-door shipping can be arranged for most countries and regions. Whether delivery can reach a residence, and whether unloading, upstairs carrying, and installation are included, must be confirmed based on the address and local service conditions.
Do I need to handle customs clearance myself?
Under a DDP arrangement, customs clearance is generally coordinated by our logistics partners and customs team. You only need to provide the necessary consignee information as requested.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. You may choose FOB shipping, and we will coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder on collection, container loading, and China export arrangements.
When can shipping costs be confirmed?
Shipping cost depends on total cargo volume, weight, destination country and city, delivery address, shipping season, full-container or less-than-container shipping, and whether door-to-door service is required. We can provide an indicative quotation once the product list and estimated volume are broadly confirmed. The final freight cost becomes more accurate after packing details are confirmed.
