Dimensions, colours, materials, workmanship, and custom requirements are confirmed where possible through written descriptions, images, quotations, or drawings. This reduces misunderstandings caused by verbal communication alone.

From product selection and production follow-up to container loading and after-sales support, you will have a clear project contact rather than needing to find a new person at each stage.
Resolving Issues Before Shipment Where Possible
We prioritise pre-shipment confirmation and inspection because resolving issues in China is generally easier than resolving them after the goods arrive overseas.

Product costs, HomeBridge service fees, shipping charges, and other foreseeable costs are explained separately where possible. Costs arising from destination conditions, address access, or special services will be explained after confirmation.
