Designed for a private residential terrace in Hong Kong, this project centered on a client who valued premium brand styling and practical outdoor durability—rejecting flimsy, low-end outdoor furniture in favor of sturdy, refined pieces that blend high-end aesthetics with daily usability. The client’s vision was a sleek, cohesive outdoor haven where he could relax, entertain guests casually, and make the most of the outdoor space, while keeping the decor in line with luxury designer standards.Unlike generic outdoor furniture sets that skimp on craftsmanship and detailing, this collaboration focused on tailored precision and coordinated elegance—

ensuring every piece matched the high-end RH and Tectona design language, while standing up to Hong Kong’s outdoor environment with reliable weather resistance.
From the outset, the client emphasized three core requirements: authentic luxury styling, flexible custom sizing, and refined fabric detailing with coordinated piping. He wanted outdoor furniture that mirrored the sleek lines and premium teak

craftsmanship of high-end designer brands, steering clear of cheap, mass-produced pieces with poor durability. For the main seating area, we curated a full teak outdoor sofa and matching armchair, paired with custom tailored cushions in thick, fade-resistant outdoor fabric, finished with contrasting color piping for a polished, upscale look.The rectangular and square teak coffee tables were custom sized to fit the terrace layout, offering stable

functionality without crowding the space. Slim teak dining chairs and a compact bench complete the ensemble, all fitted with custom seat and back cushions in matching coordinated tones, with consistent piping detailing to keep the entire set visually unified. Every piece was selected and customized to elevate the outdoor ambiance, with uniform styling and durable materials that withstand outdoor exposure.
