From Idea to Reality

Step 1 — Requirement Briefing

Share your reference images, dimensions, budget, and functional needs. We listen carefully and clarify priorities.

Step 2 — Factory Matching & Catalog Check

We first match your requirements across partner factories and existing standardized designs. If a close match exists, we propose it for faster, lower-risk production.

Step 3A — Standardized Path (if matched)

Confirm specs (size, finishes, materials), receive quotation and lead time, then move to order.

Step 3B — Design Development (if no match)

If no suitable catalog item is found, we develop drawings/specs with the factory. Drawings are shared for your review and refined until you approve. Only after approval do we proceed.

Step 4 — Quotation, Contract & Deposit

We provide a clear quotation and estimated timeline. After signing a comprehensive contract, a deposit (typically 50%) is paid to initiate production.

Step 5 — Production & QC

Production takes around 30–45 days, depending on the design’s complexity. We coordinate multi-stage QC and share checkpoints (materials, structure, finishes) before shipment.

Step 6 — Logistics & Delivery Support

We coordinate reliable logistics partners and assist with customs documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
